- Berrien County Health Department — Benton Harbor and Niles offices
TB testing on Tuesday am and reading on Friday am. (No appointment needed)
- Three Oaks office — testing the third Tuesday am and reading the third Thursday from 2-4pm.

Berrien County residents.
Eligibility Requirements
None.
Cost of Services
TB testing $15.00.
No one denied services because of inability to pay.
